Day 7/12, kind of ok, kind of down a little. The scale kind of 'creeped up' but not a lot (172 or so) I got upset with it and didn't do my weighing until I had 2 of the same number, since it kept going up. I stayed on my woe and everything. I did drink more water and tea yesterday and did eat the skin on the chicken thigh, but everything else the same. Oh well, at least I stayed on my woe and I packed my lunch for today and have dinner in the frig for when I get home. I'm just in a so-so mood. I enjoyed my day off yesterday and would like to have another one today, but I have to work. I will be off tomorrow unless I want to go to a volunteer job. But I work Thur & Fri this week, so I probably will just have a me day tomorrow. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :)
