Heaviest I’ve been since 2019. Waist: 40.5 @belly button: 43 @gut: 44.5 @bust: 45.5. 😱. No more procrastination. Time is NOW. My health is seriously at risk. Zoë stress is over-she’s in a lovely group home now.❤️ Next time I have a stressful life event-hit the trails /not the IPA, pizza, ice cream, etc…Of course the day I decided to start walking it’s only 33 degrees-tomorrow even colder. NO MORE EXCUSES‼️
