I don't get it but I think I do. I CAN FIT INTO MY WEDDING DRESS WITH NO REINFORCEMENTS! ON MY WEDDING DAY I HAD ALL KIND OF STUFF TO NIP AND TUCK! But get this, I weigh more now than I did then but I"m smaller. I guess muscle does weigh more than fat. I'm tracking the wrong metric. I should be tracking inches and not weight cause it's obviously misleading. I thought I needed to lose 15 more pounds to get in it with reinforcements but I actually fit it, no sucking in or nothing.

I don't know what to do now. Should I stop shooting for a number on the scale and go for my goal waist and hip measurements? I think so,

fatsecret can you add this metric for those who are pumping iron and need to see progress?

A pound of muscle is equal to a pound of fat, but fat is more dense and takes up less room. So you can weigh more, but be a much smaller size because of fat loss and exercise than someone who doesn't exercise.

Thanks but do you mean muscle is more dense and take up less room?
