So it looks like tonight is going to be a late dinner. (I don't like making a big to do when it is mainly just for myself. I need to be cooking for at least 2 or 3 other people or else I just don't do it.) My hubby is out picking up a car and won't be back for about an hour or so, so I don't want to start now since I am planning on making fish and corn, which shouldn't take that long. What I am kind of dismayed about is that I know I already entered what I plan to eat for dinner into my food diary and it puts me at 100%. Therefore I can't afford to eat anything else besides the dinner I am going to make or I'll bust my calorie budget. This is going to be a challenge, but hopefully one that I can meet. (I know I CAN meet it, but I mean more if I'll WILL to meet it.)

You could actually go over by 200 calories and prolly not hurt anything, just looking at your deficit for today you have about 700 calories as a deficit as long as you have 500 you should be fine. I wouldn't stress to much if you go over a bit.

That's probably true, though as my hubby pointed out, I don't know if the exercise entries are overestimates so I wanted to play it safe. I did it though. :)
