Today is my first day here but is the 6 day since the beginning my diet and i have lost 9 lbs..
just wish to me the best because i am not healthy at all!!

Getting healthy is a journey and it's great you've started yours! Give yourself time...you didn't get unhealthy in a minute and you won't get healthy that fast either but you have started down a good path and we are here to help you on this journey :D Think as positive as you can.
