Diario de loosinisfun, 22 ago. 11

goooooood mornin...out of town all day yesterday helpin brian move a toyota motor....so eating wasnt the greatest...well...except for the scrambled eggs i had for breakfast...that was really my only meal...after that...it got ugly and way off my healthy eating style..had a bag of onion rings an a dew....then stopped at dq in a town an had a med blizzard....finally got to his house an had another dew...my first dews in months/years...just dont drink alot of soda anymore...was a hot day yesterday an i think i was sweatin it out as fast as i was pourin it in....came home an cleaned up last night...went to bed at 7pm...just to tired to flip the channels on the tv...lol...slept till 430 am...guess he tuckered me out...AND....IM DOWN ON THE SCALES FROM WHAT IT SAID YESTERDAY MORNIN....sooooooooooo....guess all that cheating on a really hot day....was ok....today its several errands to do...then out to brians to work on the motor...me mostly getting the tools...him doing the work....still a day of being outta the house an away from the fridge...something i need....lol...have a great one...
