Diario de diddoh, 21 ago. 11

I feel like a bad girl for eating Chinese food two days in a row even if I didn't go anywhere near my calories. Part of that has to do with the IBS and the extra spice I had them put on my Broccoli Beef yesterday.... But today we are going to be a good girl and cut out the fat! At least I hope so. I'm going to a potluck picnic today where I don't know most of the people so I have no idea what kinds of food will be there. At least I know I'm taking a low calorie healthy snack!!!

I know the feeling, I ate like crap all weekend cause of BBQ after BBQ lol its Monday though, easy to get back into the swing!!!

I hate to say this but going to work on Monday is a blessing for eating better!!
