If it weren't for my bowed leg and curved spine, I would most likely stand at 6 feet 5 inches instead of 6 feet 1 inch. Oh well, I'm the lucky recipient of bad genetics. My weight has stabilized (between 235-240 pounds) for the time being, and my waist is still shrinking. I'm beginning to use the newly repaired knee and should be in shape for the spring walking season.
