gooooood mornin..didnt sleep that good last night...to many things going on today an yesterday...and did way to much thinking about it all...in the process of moving into a smaller apartment...mom isnt thrilled about any of it...wants me to stay in house with her..but im tired of it all....tired of the disagreements, and her laying guilt trips on me...exercsing isnt all that great this past week...havent been in the gym since last monday...and eating...well....its suffering as well...to much stress...not enough meditation to relieve it...out of town today to help a friend do some stuff...an away for several hours...but eventually i will be back here an living 2 llives....the one thats here..an the one thats in the process of moving and being in a more positive place...have a great one....
