9st 4.5 (1.5 on at WW as well) Time of the month and the excess of Halloween goodies has seen off last week's surprisingly good result! But never mind, I'm still well within my range so it's all good. This week's WW motivation was a sheet of things we say no and yes to for the month. My colleagues can't understand how being able to write on the form that I said no to the tub of chocolates could possibly hold more attraction for me than the chocs themselves! But these are not people who'd add things they've already done to a to do list just for the pleasure of crossing them off!! Different strokes for different folks!
