I went to see my doctor today for a bad reason, seems I was bitten by something and my arm is all read and swollen. The doctor feels it was a spider bite BUT the good news is my blood pressure was 108/80. He said I can go OFF my blood pressure medication. That was one of my goals of losing the all of this weight. He said I am doing better about losing weight than some of his patients that have had surgery. YEAH, happy day.

Spider bites are awful, my hubby ended up in hospital with one, so glad you went to doc before it came to that. Great to hear about blood pressure....so nice you are doing better than surgery patients, amazing how that happens. A friend of mine had surgery a couple of years ago and has started putting it back on again. She learned nothing there......
