I need to make better food choices. I could loose weight so much faster if I did.
85,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 20,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

I like all sorts of food! Brussel sprouts, chicken, cookies and chips. Generally I want salty things more than sweet things. I absolutely love soups! Especially Italian wedding. What I don't like is salmon, or mushrooms.

Sugar (cookies) and sodium (chips, soup) will make it more difficult to lose weight - maybe offset this by drinking 96 ounces of water daily.

I like cookies, but I also avoid them. Sodium, however. It seems to be a large percentage of what I crave. I do drink a lot of water though, so maybe its okay?

If you crave salt and can avoid sweets well, you might want to research the High Fat Low Card Ketogenic Diet.
