Diario de buckeyechick, 27 oct. 15

Now that I don't have Y membership anymore, I have to bust out the tapes. I'm doing the Brazil Butt Lift. I've had this program for years and I hate to say, never got past the basics intro tape. Well, I did the first tape today, Bum Bum and I pleasantly surprised at the difficulty. I was sweating and I have room to improve my balance. Maybe if I stick to it, I'll lose the last 12 lbs for this goal phase.
