I am pleasantly shocked since it hasn't been a week yet. I am also a bit worried that suddenly eating super healthy instead of just regular healthy while working out is just going to backfire once my body figures out a way to fight back, but I'll take what I can get. I'll just keep walking, riding my bike, and eating sticks and twigs.
