Diario de WM0000, 19 ene. 24

I entered the gym one year ago today. The results of a quick 30-minute per day workout, 4 to 5 days a week, has shown that you do not have to spend hours in the gym to see results. A change in my diet was also an important component along with controlling that yearning for carbs.

I'm still hanging around 235 pounds on my way back to 200 pounds. The waist is now 34 inches, down from 50 inches. I'm still waiting for my knee to properly heal so I can begin long hikes on the weekends.

I also only work out generally 2x a week with a trainer 45 minutes but do walk 4 miles a day usually 7 days a week. So surprising. My whole life i was 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off for 90 minutes or more in the gym lifting and cardio. Hour with weights. Granted i do not have the muscle i had in my 20’s-40’s but i look pretty good and am maintaining and my inbody shows over 100% in all limbs and torso for strength and muscle so it must be working.

@PaulR2 - I still have quite a bit of visceral fat that was visible on my latest CT Scan of my organs. There's a bit of subcutaneous fat that will leave in time. Once the fat is gone, I have a bit of the excess skin removed.
