So I’ve started back on weights after 2 weeks layoff due to back injury yet again. I’ve got myself a waist belt to support my back. It will be interesting to see how my fat % goes over the next 2 1/2 weeks till the end of the month compared to the first 2 weeks of the month when I only walked 10k a day. I have a calorie deficit every day but try to keep my protein up. I’m enjoying my weight now and for 65 years old I would have to say I’m doing ok.
