I finally broke my Plateau!!!! WHOOHOO!!! I gave myself a break from my intense 5 day 60 minute cardio and 30 minute resistance workouts last week and finally dropped 4.8 LBS!!!!! THANK GAWWWD!!!! 4 weeks of flatline results was really starting to discourage me.. YAY!!!!!!! Im so happy .. again! hahahaha.. kidding.
