Practicing is good. I still have my batch of ice creams and Halloween candies. Once you have it everyday it just becomes normalcy and you’ll only want to eat it when you want to. I remember when I first went back to ice cream. 1 serving led to 3… that’s cuz I haven’t had it in a long time. But I didn’t let that deter me and just still have it everyday and that led the body back to normalcy and not go crazy on good stuff

SuperG, yeah, maybe I get you. something about maintenance has to allow for some flexibility. Complete rigidity is not sustainable and it isn't what I am signing up for... I want my life my way. That is true for everyone else, too. I control me, not others.
