I've had a couple of very bad weeks. Crazy times at work made it tough to get more than a few hours of sleep each night, and couldn't make it to the gym. I drowned myself in everything bad for me. I cannot keep doing this. I need to make myself a priority.
Also, today starts training for my 4th half-marathon in January. I need to keep it up, get myself strong and ready to run hard for the next few months.
