I it close to 1 PM EST and I am hungry. I did not pack a lunch today and I feel very uncomfortable that I am not prepared for hunger. I don't want to go the cafeteria because I am afraid I will make poor choices. Have to think of something quick before resort to the vending machine.

Not eating anything messes up our blood sugar and causes cravings and hunger - perhaps planning ahead next time will better work for you! Have a few little meals, maybe? Good luck avoiding the junk food.
