Diario de George Royce, 03 dic. 23

This cut was going well for the first 8 weeks. But recently, it has gotten so hard mentally. I'm tired all the time, cold and having trouble concentrating at work. I've lost a lot of weight and i'm happy about that. but recently hit a wall and struggling to lose more. i will have to increase my cardio sessions, take more walks. need to get back to 15,000 steps a day. this arctic wind is not helping. will need to get up early and wear multiple layers for my walk. probably be dark and foggy at 6:30am. this cut is so hard.

Try and keep going as best you can👍. Don’t be too hard on yourself, winter is the hardest time of year with the cold weather and dark days. I’m struggling to keep to my daily cals too, I just want to comfort eat to keep warm, watch black and white movies and hibernate! We’ll get through it - good luck🥶🥶

Yeah the temperature is not conducive to cutting. Have to try extra hard to not eat comfort food lol.
