I have not been able to record a weigh in or journal entry. I weigh myself every monday and I weighed 173.4 .I was super excited! I just checked today,(wed)and it says 172.3.Whooooohooooo!!! Iknow it flucuates but I was surprised it went lower....lol I am anticipating some bloating soon due my lovely monthly gift. I notice too during that time the more water i drink the more I hold.I thoughtmaybe if I drank more itwould flush it out. Guessnot. Anyone got any pointers??Midol doesnt work for me.
