Last night I ate an entire Amy's pizza and a bowl of chips, and was still under my calorie deficit!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am pretty sure it is because I was so sick and miserable all day yesterday that I ate so little and had lots of calories available for dinner and evening snack. :-)

Today I'm still not feeling well, unfortunately. And my appetite is still not great.

How did I eat all of that last night without much of an appetite, you ask?

Why, my brother is in town, and for whatever reason... we tend to overeat whenever we are around each other! It's insane. I did make sure to track my food before I ate it (on MFP, not on here, sorry) so that was progress compared to his last trip here.

Keep on working at it, you'll hit your goals. It doesn't take a monumental effort everyday of the week...a little bit in abundance is a lot!
