I changed my goal weight today - I set a new "mini goal" weight instead of my long range goal.....that should help me keep my motivation. I'm so glad I started back on Atkins - down 4.6 pounds since Saturday, and that's with a couple of drinks last night - it was a stressful day with trees blown over, the pool full of limbs and dirt, and lots and lots of work outside. I know, excuses, excuses....but I'm on the train, going "down" weight wise :)
