64 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 36 kg.    Aún para ir: 7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Wow you are doing so well!!! What are the methods you use for your weight loss that you find are working? (As in fasting, keto etc)

Thank you 😊 I’ve started with trying to eat very healthy, stopped eating bad carbs sugar etc, but eat lots of vegetables. But for the last few weeks I’ve been experimenting with intermittent fasting. It seems to be working better for me if I don’t have late meals.

I find what helps with your sleep and general wellbeing is to make your lunch your main meal and to eat light in the evening. all foods done by 7pm with a decaf coffee to round it off. The new norm is now no food till lunchtime. Main meal lunch is now around 2pm. This way I'm not eating for 16 hrs of the day
