My scale is wonky. Anyway, I haven’t even been trying. I lost all motivation but I’m trying again. One thing I’ve noticed is that junk food makes me feel sluggish, and I hate feeling sluggish. My goal at this point it to get into double digits. It’s not impossible, let’s do this
