So I’ve been away for around 5 weeks and just wasn’t able to keep tabs on my food so I decided to just let things be and have fun with the grandkids and see what happens. No exercising either just fishing and having fun. The end result was I put on around 2 1/2kg of fat while my blood pressure increased but I did enjoy my free eating so back to it and see if I can put it back down. My body fat went from 17.7% up to 24.1% so the work begins
