Third day in a row of hitting the treadmill, feeling great. My speed is picking up a little and legs are feeling a lot better. 5 of last 7 days on treadmill. Last 3 days started weights also. 2nd day I really worked my arms and chest, tonight I really felt it when I tried tri-ceps. Couldnt finish the workout sowent back to treadmill. didn't get discouraged just know I over did it yesterday on the weights. Been keeping calories between 1700 and 2100 each day. So far I think this is a good range to stay in with my excersizing.
