Well I made it thru the weekend without blowing it too much. I spent the weekend with my cousin and his wife who I have not seen in almost 20 years. It was great but naturally it meant food and alcohol. I did really well on the alcohol (only one glass of wine). But the food I could have definitely ate a lot less. Pasta salad with cheese and oil/vinegar dressing, potatoes, flank steak, chicken, baked beans. But I am gonna chuck it up to a special occasion and forgive myself.
