Failure is a key to success....sometimes we have minor set backs and it's OK to have those. A friend on her Stomachmonkeys always says weightloss isn't linear. Just remember when you have set backs just try an avoid what you did and continue to diet and exercise. Everything good will come 😉

Maybe try giving portion control a try!!! See if that helps. I know it has for me.

All of us on here have an eating problem, even those of us who have reached our goal weight. You get healthy and stay healthy by developing healthy habits. Will power and deprivation doesn't work long term. What works is a lifestyle that includes removing as much temptation as possible from your life. Then consuming lower calorie foods, so that you can eat plenty of food without exceeding your daily calories. And, equally important is to develop healthy muscles, because muscle burns more calories than flab, and they look better too.

It’ll be okay {{hugs}} I think we all struggle sometimes. I started using Weight Watchers to help me, because that helps me eat within reason, and I don’t go through self deprivation. If I deprive myself of anything it’ll make it harder for me to lose. Good luck!
