I am done with physical therapy now. I have to try to maintain my weight now even though I would like to lose weight. But since the medication works against me, maintaining is better than gaining. The medication is an estrogen blocker, and you need estrogen to lose weight. When I come off the medication in about 4 more years, the weight should come off. But I don't want to gain weight and be over 500 lbs. by then. So trying to maintain at the current weight and maybe if I work extremely hard, I will lose a few pounds. Just totally frustrating.
