Well, I'm doing good so far on the no soda thing... But not on the 'take your walk' or the 'stop eating that pie' part. All I want to do after work is watch Bones from start to finish. I'm on Season 4 now, so I'm halfway done with this insanity, but still! It totally sucks. I gotta get back into the groove of things. Take my walk, do my OT, the time in between, I can watch Bones. I'm gonna try to listen to myself today. I said try....
