The scale is so funny isn’t it? This week it has been freaking me out because I was weighing in at 237, 236, and then bam today I’m back at 233.3. I have two scales lol. So it must have been water weight, heavy food. Whatever it was I was getting scared. I can see the weight loss more on my person than on the scale. I’m down to a size 16. I was wearing a 20 and that’s when I said enough is enough. I’m comfortable in a size 12 14 and that is at around 200 lbs for me. I know that’s still considered too heavy but that’s my first goal. I can decide if I want to drop more or just focus on toning and maintenance.
