Before i had considered it yesterday i sat and ordered a regular coffee ( muppet me ) lol. will start either day on and day off of caffeine from monday or a complete month off. Off today to do some cardio not done any in awhile and the weather looks kind of grim . 1/2 litre of black coffee downed , green tea extract and 2 spoons acv . cardio will be walking steady state im .
