Started a teaching position in a new district teaching a new subject, and I've forgotten to add my food to the diary all week. Still the first time in a couple weeks I've lost any weight. I'm glad to be back at work. I may just be calorie conscious about the foods I buy and not keep the diary. I tend to obsess over it and it stresses me.

Good luck with your new position! I’m prone to concern over the protein rather than the calories. If I stay in data collection mode it helps.
