I've been feeling like I'm starving lately. I don't understand it. Sean says maybe it's my diet catching up to me since I'm losing weight. I don't think that's the case, but maybe. Trying to not overeat but it's so hard! Sean says more meat, but I'm eating quite a bit. I dunno what's up. 11 pounds is 1/4 of my weight lose goal though, so maybe it is my body just figuring it out. Maybe I'll platue for a while then drop another 11 when I get used to this weight.

Different things can effect your hunger, from hormones, to your body telling you it needs more fuel. Sometimes we mistake hunger for thirst. If you really feel like it's hunger, have some protein or high fiber foods. They fill you up longer. Plus, check your diet and make sure you are getting enough protein. If I eat eggs for breakfast, I stay fuller longer than if I have a bowl of cereal. Good luck!
