Diario de Juzo Okita, 30 jul. 23

I can't believe that I'm exactly the same weight this week that I was last week. it's frustrating. I've put a lot of work in and I have not dropped an ounce since last week. on the flip side, I've done the longest bike ride I've done in several years. yesterday, I did 20 miles on the Schuylkill River trail. I also walked almost 8 miles, and I did nearly 50 miles on the bike last week. I've also kept my calories down below 2000 every single day this week despite all my extra physical activity, and I've increased my protein intake and completely eliminated any refined carbohydrates. my fiber intake is about 40 grams per day. I don't know what to do except just live on protein shakes and 600 calories a day. I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing for a few more weeks, and if I don't see any weight loss at that point, I'm going to have to do something more drastic. I can't imagine working this hard and not seeing consistent weight loss from week to week.
