Diario de sholmes, 04 sep. 09

I am feeling better with reduced calories and working out every day. I have a pinched nerve in my right shoulder/shoulder blade area, so this has hindered my pushups and tricep workouts. But I am working through it and managing. I am still training for 1/2 marathon and feeling good about my times and mileage. I ran 7 miles last Sunday. My knee has been hurting all week, so I haven't gotten to do any speed runs or base runs this week while I am trying to let it recover. Plyometrics didn't help, but yoga really did.
