Only a few kg’s to go. Struggling to eat the chicken fillets 😢 any suggestions to change it up a bit ? No sauces allowed 😔

Avocado makes chicken fillet easier to swallow if you can’t add mayo or other sauce. Dice the fillet and add to a salad with avo and maybe yogurt as dressing, if you can have that.

What are you eating with the fillets? how are you currently cooking them? Simply changing the prep will make a world of differnce. Braai them! pan fry them, marinade in lemon juice, add different spices.

Cut them up into pieces and stir fry with spices mushrooms onions peppers whatever you want to make a sauce out of food. Serve over broccoli and cauliflower rice

Spices and fresh herbs! Marinate for a few hours in some fresh lemon juice, coriander and parsley. Spice with salt, pepper and anything else you like (cumin, bbq or chicken spice always good) Do what others suggested and ‘hammer’ down the fillets so they’re nice and thing for even cooking and colour. Add a little olive oil as well for some healthy fats.
