🙂 Keep on keeping on. Good workout last night, up to 265 pounds on my shrugs, 195 on my barbell rows. Left shoulder keeps improving, got one of my best chest pumps last night. For as heavy as I am, to see the start of striations when I flexed my chest, that really made me feel good.
