DINNER::: sushi 🍣  

Wow, that looks SO good, the Carb count blows way over my target. There are some fabulous Sushi Houses here... maybe someday I will get to visit them, used to make my own, I am close to China town, so can get all the stuff I like to make em. 

They were delicious but yes I kinda knocks my carbs all wonky. I don't eat lots of them tho so that will last for a few days lol

StomachMonkeys, I lived on Marine in the early 60's .. right across from Semiamoo Park.. was amazing... it's a whole different place now.

Adi: It sure is a different place. I remember crusing the strip woth the stereo cranked back in the 90s right into the early 2000s before I went to the island for a few years. (Yup, I was one of those annoying buggers) 😜
