This is the 3rd day of 30 mile rides each day.
Today was my best, I just don't understand my body I guess :)
I would have thought each day would have got progressively worse for times.
I'm going to do it again tomorrow so it will be interesting to see what happens.
I work 3 days on and 3 days off, then 4 days on and 4 days off. (12 hour factory work). Tomorrow will be my 4th day off then back to the grind.
While weather permits I am riding to work which gives me 10 miles a day.
Any experts out there on calorie driven weight loss?
My goal for my size, weight and age is 2650 to slowly lose weight.
I'm 57, 6'4" and I now weigh 227.
Each day I'm expending 2600 calories on my ride alone in that 2 hour window.
I've only been eating the 2650 or less and I haven't budged this week.
How could that possibly be? lol
