Diario de Ruby Poinciana, 19 jun. 23

Goodbye plateau 🙋‍♀️ and good riddance,

Had an unintentional rest day yesterday. Housework (ie. extra cardio) and family commitments (babysitting my 1 year old nephew), meant I did not get my 3rd and final resistance workout for the week done, although I definitely got a workoutof sorts 🥵 Running around with a vacuum and keeping up with a 1 year old...

I did not go to bed happy ☹️ ...but woke up to an awesome loss ....so I'm more than happy now 😊

I will try to get an extra resistance workout done this week. My focus this week will be my mental health and time management. Need to manage my time and stress levels better.

Starting the day with my usual morning smoothie, which I missed yesterday. It has a double serving of spinach and fruit. My 5 plus a day, done and dusted. Between my missed smoothie, my missed workout and my frustration with the scales, I was not in a good headspace yesterday.
