Diario de LadyCrock, 16 jun. 23

A very weird week I have been having. I cut out meat for the month of June. Today I went to gym but my energy was low, my sugar dropped mid session I had to stop by the bakery I always walk away from and get me a chelsea bun.

Should I regret?

Don’t regret, we are advised to eat our faves once in a while.. do not completely cut it off, maybe u can have 1 of that once a month/twice. This is to avoid binge eating them once you get your hands on it. Good Luck.

Never regret a sweet snack. Sometimes, our bodies just need it! Your body is obviously adjusting to no meat, which is a lot for your body to go through.
