Hey don't punish yourself! You already lost 17! That's something!! Just keep going! I know you can do it and you know it too! I know it is a long difficult journey but I can garantee you that all your efforts will pay off! Imagine how your body could be like and keep foccused on that goal. And most importantly, small steps also count! Every time you choose to eat a salad instead of an hamburguer, everytime you take the stairs instead of the elevator, everytime you go for a walk instead of watching tv, everytime you workout hard and eat properly, you are one step closer to that goal!
