OK, this doesn't come as too much of a surprise since the weekend was a big feast of food and no fasting. my idea is that since my weight is really all over the place at the moment I wanted to jolt my system by feasting then fasting. I may have knocked myself out of keto as well. I actually wouldn't mind that as hopefully the initial keto flush will help with any water retention going on. Tom hasn't kicked in yet and I honestly body wise feel pretty terrible. so I'm really hoping this works. having gone from being at the upper end of 51kg to now 53 all in the span of a week is ridiculous. this needs to go.
