Ok. Last official weigh-in 17 days ago. I was on holiday last week, so probably ate a bit badly. I did weigh myself when we got back, but I had put on 2kg so trying to work those off. Ah! The vanity of the graph.
Things have returned to normal this week, and I have started going to the gym again. I had a session with my personal trainer when we got back and had difficulty walking for a few days.. eep.
Right. Time to get serious about this again.
