I'm shooting for 5 lbs in 2 weeks using the Atkins approach instead of my own foolish never been tried before and never really worked diet. I'm also shortening my goal time and making my goal weight smaller. I am gonna start with small increments to eventually reach my goal of 135lbs by next june.Oh, I will exercise at least 10 minutes a day too. (again slowly building up to more time, more strenuous exercise) I will do this.
