Family has been in for the past few weeks. Eating off plan mostly. Plus is I joined the gym and have been going 3-4 times weekly. Learning the machines and have met the trainer a couple of times. Really enjoying it. Concentrating on portion control right now. Hunger is noticeable when not low carbing.
