I am stuck. I have not been eating right but do not feel like fresh veggies or cooking much because of the cold weather. I have been indulging in pastas and warm toasted sandwiches, when I should be eating veggies and soups. I need to get back in track before I reverse the progress I have made. 😔

How about you figure out how many calories are in these meals you love and start cutting the portion sizes instead? Like instead of 2 sandwichs have one? Or use much smaller bowls for the pasta?

Totally relate. The colder weather just makes you more hungry. Will definitely be easier to focus on meals you want to eat and how to make them a bit healthier than forcing yourself to eat food you don't look forward to eating

I make crustless quiche with egg, cheese,mushrooms and fill it with Mc Cain uncooked stirfry. Even throw in spinach. Cut diameter into 6 when cooked and wrap in foil then freeze. Easy to take out and heat up. Easy healthy meal.

There is unfortunately no right time to eat anything! It’s all about moderation you can eat anything just lessen your portion that’s all. Give it sticks through the winter and you’ll see the results. 👌
